JENN + MATT // Wethersfield CT Wedding

The day of Jenn and Matt’s wedding was wet. And by wet I mean it was practically monsooning outside, definitely the grossest weekend you could imagine for your wedding. My stomach was in knots, hoping, praying, that it wouldn’t put a dark cloud over the day. After all, they were planning on having a beautiful outdoor ceremony.

After noticing how relaxed the atmosphere was in their B&B, I felt compelled to tell her how taken aback I was by her calm demeanor. She just shrugged and said “I mean, what’s the point at getting upset over something you can’t control?” So perfectly logical.

And that set the stage for the rest of the day; it was perfect and SO full of love. And tears and laughs and surprise serenades. I love these two so much and am so glad that this wedding made us friends.

CHARLOTTE + ED // MARRIED

This winter/spring has been a busy and eventful one but I just had to come back to the blog world to share this wedding.

Charlotte is American, Ed is British, and although they live over the pond they had their sweet, intimate wedding in a backyard along the Connecticut river. They exchanged their vows amongst Charlotte’s mother’s award winning garden and everyone they loved the most.

Carol G - These photos are really gorgeous, I think one of your best yet!!

c - you are ridiculously good at this
