Hi, I’m Simone and I’m terrible at blogging.
Unlike most years, I had a good excuse this time, I swear! This was probably the busiest year for Archive to date and because I needed more on my plate I decided to get MARRIED. Yep, right smack dab in the middle of wedding season. So I spent the first nine months of 2015 planning a celebration that my husband and I will cherish forever, and then ! spent the rest of the year playing catch up. I now have a whole new appreciation for the couples I work with, planning a wedding is its own special form of insanity but OH so worth it.
But enough about me. The couples I got to work with this year are nothing short of phenomenal and had the most unique, love filled weddings I’ve ever been a part of. Weddings in lace factories, museums and back yards; crazy 90s hip hop dance parties to small intimate affairs and even a processional to a live instrumental version of the Buffy theme song. I could go on about these guys which makes me feel especially bad that I didn’t get around to blogging each and every one of these weddings. So to make up for lost time, here are some highlights from the weddings you didn’t get to see.
